  I’ve been seeing Kim here for meds and I always feel like I’m talking to someone who never met me before. Then I requested a counselor for some things I’ve been going through and after it taking a good 6 months, they finally schedule me with someone who makes me feel like I’m answering a survey, not trying to learn about me to help me. As a person who is currently struggling very hard mentally, I feel like this place is only making it worse. I’ve currently been calling for 1 whole week trying to get a refill because I’m scheduled after the prescription is due to be refilled and now I’ve been without meds for 3 days. Somebody help!! I need a new place that really wants to help people.

  I love my case manger she always answers when I need her and she has taught me a couple of things too ..I love nyla

  I was a patient here from around 2014 to 2023. Staff is extremely disorganized. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or get a solid answer to any questions you may have. I have been hung up on multiple times.Since my last attendance I have been attempting to get my medical records from this office. Havent received my records and neither has my new office after multiple attempts. Huge violation of HIPPA.

  Would give -10 if I could ..Horrible absolutely horrible !!...went for an appointment at 10am first time going in sat there for ten minutes mind you was not checked in greeted or nothing . The nurse who I was supposed to meet with at 10am came to the window to tell me they had to reschedule after waiting long to even get u an appointment ...great first impression unbelievable..

  They need to get their act together. They can't help you if they are this uncoordinated. The place is dirty and needs updated. Try someplace else. They never return phone calls and too many people get paid for doing nothing.
