    The customer should be shown on a screen the details of each medicine being picked up as well as the cost for each. My wife picked up four medicines and one was an inhaler she didn't need or want that cost $35 that's non returnable.

    This is one of the busiest pharmacies around and everyone is always so kind and helpful and gets me in and out as quickly as they can!!

    I understand that there is an employee shortage. But this is the second time I have went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription since Covid. Each time I have waited up to 25 minutes to even be seen.

    After multiple calls and refill requests to the pharmacy and my doctor the pharmacy tech Andrew helped me understand what had been happening. He figured out the problem and found a solution. Solid customer service!
