  I am very picky when it comes to picking out glasses. Toni is the best ! She gives me so many selections and will also tell me yes or no. She had patience for me that my wife doesn’t. Will alway go to sterling and to Toni.

  We were loyal customers for years and purchased glasses and contacts from them for our whole family. Asked to buy two pairs of contacts to tide my daughter over until her appointment next month and they refused. I get that you need an eye exam annually but we were just asking for a couple of pairs till our appointment. Really disappointed.

  I arrived at 9:50am for my 10am appointment. No one arrived to open the shop until 10:10am. It was snowing, yes, but not hard, and I managed to get there early... when they arrived to open the shop and the woman at the front desk gestured me in, she did not apologize for opening late. She did not ask my name. She just wanted to know my insurance information. When I said that I did not have a paper insurance card but had successfully registered online for Davis Vision (through my union), she did not seem to have ever heard of such a thing. At this point, I just got a bad feeling about the lack of competence and professionalism and I said "never mind" and walked out. Do I really want someone helping me who just took off their coat and hat? A waste of my time.
