  If you don't want to get stressed or insulted, don't go to this optician. Not only do they inflate the prices of frames and lenses, but they may also insult you, especially if you have an accent.that the lenses in my frame were the same as in my prescription, so I asked for proof. but the girl working there just called security. even though another person working there told her to give me a copy of the receipt. it's like she's being a bully and thinks she can get away with it.intimidating a customer when the staff is in the wrong is extremely immoral

  Liars, Liars, Liars. Sales person told me there was a thirty percent discount on everything and a two hundred and fifty dollar rebate from my insurance company. It's easy to give large discount when they are over charging by three hundred percent. The sales person quote me a price of $650.00. I went to Steven John Opticians in Riverdale only 15 minutes away from Sterling Optical. I was charged $250.

  I felt the eye doctor guy was pretty rude and dismissive. The person at the front desk was nice though. I wish I went to a more legitimate doctor. He did not take my claims seriously, he could of definitely benefited from a sociology class or 2. Will not be going back again, thank you for making me have to wait a year for my insurance to be valid again.
