  I can’t thank Sabrina and Cortney enough for making the entire experience of choosing my glasses so smooth and effortless. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. If I needed a new pair of glasses every week, this would definitely be the store I’d come to every time. Awesome service. Thank you!

  Courtney was a pleasure to speak to. I believe my doctor was Dr Chen and he was really informative and calm in his bedside manner. I have a stigmatism and my eye has been really blurry because of it. I appreciated. How everyone here just made me feel so calm and cared for. They updated my prescription and let me know to just use my glasses more consistently. Courtney was really trying to help me out in getting a particular pair of Raybans but it turned out my insurance coverage wouldn’t cover the frames until next year. Guess I’ll be back in his time next summer!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the LensCrafters at Ridge Hill in Yonkers has been incredibly disappointing. It has been nearly 1.5 months, and my issue is still unresolved. During that entire time, no one has been able to give me a clear or knowledgeable answer. I’ve been left waiting, following up myself, and getting little to no meaningful information. The store manager, Sabrina, repeatedly told me she would contact the manufacturer and call me back with an update. Unfortunately, those callbacks never happened. I was left chasing answers instead of receiving the customer service I expected. When you spend your hard-earned money, you deserve honesty, communication, and accountability. Instead, I experienced broken promises, poor follow-through, and an unreasonable delay that made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. This experience has completely changed my opinion of LensCrafters. Based on the service I received at the Ridge Hill Yonkers location, I would not recommend this store to anyone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and customer service so that other customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience.

  Stephen provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He clearly knows his job well and takes the time to understand your needs and help you find the best options to meet your expectations. I was so impressed with my experience that after my eye exam with Dr. Chen, I brought my husband and both of my daughters to have their eye exams and purchase their new glasses as well. The entire team made us feel welcome and well cared for. I highly recommend Stephen and Dr. Chen to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and exceptional eye care service.
