I did my homework beforehand and specifically researched a particular eye doctor because I wanted someone who would take the time to properly evaluate my vision, answer my questions, and educate me about my eye health. Instead, I ended up seeing someone else who did not make me feel informed, heard, or confident in the care I received. The staff was okay, but the overall experience felt very unorganized and unprofessional. There was little sense of preparation, I had to sit and listen to personal conversations taking place around me, and there was a noticeable lack of urgency throughout the appointment. The only time things seemed to move with any real purpose was when it was time for me to pay. As a patient, I expect to feel that my time and health are valued. I should not have to wonder whether the staff is prepared or whether I am receiving the level of attention and education I came in expecting. I am very disappointed because I took the time to research this office and had higher expectations.

But let me tell you Dr. Barri Jones put all my worries to rest. He was extremely respectful, and thorough, throughout the exam to ensure the most optimal eye health for me. I will be coming back for as long as I have this new insurance and I recommend him to anyone who needs an eye exam
