I never felt rushed, and she gave me enough time to focus and arrive at the correct prescription. I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.

- LBLauren BradleyApr 25, 20264.0This was my first time at this location and I must say although the doctor and her assistants in the exam room were very nice, polite and professional the staff in the front were not. When I arrived there was a male and female sitting at the desk and no one greeted me or asked if I need assistance. They both sat there having a loud and personal conversation. After standing there with not assistance for about 3 minutes I asked them who do I speak to about my appointment and they decided to do their job and refer me to the back where I went to check in. The lack of professionalism in the front waiting area was so concerning and I hope that someone trains them on proper customer service etiquette. Besides the wait and the rudeness of the staff in the front my experience with Dr. Barri was great.

At my first visit I was given the wrong prescription, which the optometrist did not believe me about, and refused to reassess. I waited a month for a follow-up with trial lenses with a different provider. When I returned for this visit no one could find the trial lenses and the visit started one hour late. After all of this when I finally ordered contacts I was overcharged then received the wrong brand of contact lenses in the mail. This has taken about 8 hours of my life and $700. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
