We signed up for an unlimited membership but then found out many of the classes are consistently booked. The 12 hour cancellation policy wasn’t mentioned and resulted in several additional fees. Most of the instructors are great but one was very difficult to get clear directions from and was unwilling to help during class. To cancel our membership Club Pilates Woodbury wants to charge an additional $100.00. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off!
