Kim was especially proficient, understanding, and empathetic as she performed the eye tests. I sensed a genuine concern for patients. I believe it was Clarissa who did further testing with great explanation and ease. Dr Fitzgerald, it was a pleasure to have met you! I am very pleased to have been referred to your practice. You exude professionalism with a warm and caring presence. I appreciated your explanation of my retinal hemorrhage. Also, expediting the immediate visit to the retina physician. Lindsay was so kind to make the call, obtain the appointment, AND print the directions with map to the Orchard Park location. Over and beyond! I am very grateful to you and your staff for the kindness shown to me. See you all at my next visit! 😊
