  Wonderful experience. My dad was immobile and my mom has MCI. Our family was able to work with them on 2 shifts. 9-1 to get dad out of bed, groomed with breakfast and lunch. 5-9 dinner and bedtime. They monitored his medications and set reminders. Drove my mom grocery shopping and light housework. Dad is now at a facility, Sloan Comfort Care. We didn’t need the 5-9 shift. They worked with us and we have a lovely aide that my mother loves from 9-1. We need to cut down to 3 days a week they worked miracles. Amazing company to work with. Highly recommend.

  We have had a great experience with the Home Instead company. The staff was friendly and very caring and accomadating to our needs. They were very willing to work with our schedules to ensure our family member had the best quality care available to her. She will have lifelong friendships with many of the caretakers as they treated her like they would treat their own parent. Your caring staff has made a difference to our loved one and she will always be grateful for all of your help and companionship. Excellent company and highly recommended!

  For over eight years, Lisa and Eric Wiedmann along with their highly committed and professional staff provided an expanding level of services to my parents. I cannot recommend them enough. They consistently offered skilled empathic care which allowed two rapidly aging seniors to remain at home.

  Do not use this agency. They are unprofessional and don't appreciate having a excellent RN on their staff.! Shame on you people.
