- KCKaren CoyleJun 8, 20265.0We started using Home Instead-Williamsville Spring of 2023 for our mom with Mild Cognitive Impairment. We started off with 3x/week 3 hours a day. We were able to adjust the schedule to add days and hours over the last 3 years as her dementia progressed. Home Instead staff was also always accommodating to add weekend coverage when needed. All of their Care Pros that we have used over the last 3+ years were wonderful; kind and patient with our mom (who could sometimes be challenging). Kathy, the last woman we had, really became like part of the family. Mom described Kathy as her friend and always asked when she was going to come back. All the Home Instead Care Pros encouraged daily self care routines, worked with her on fun activities and supervised mom's exercises/medications/meals. Mom was always well taken care of when they were in her home. As mom's dementia progressed, we had to make the move to a memory care facility a few months ago. We would highly recommend the services of Home Instead - Williamsville

She does my shopping, cleaning and other things take I can not do anymore. When I call the Office, they always great in repeating, finding the correct solutions to my questions. I give both a five star rating and would recommend them to any one looking for someone to help them or their parents.
