- EZEleanora ZorichSep 29, 20261.0I arrived at 1:45 for my 2:00 appointment. I was not seen by dr. Flannigan until 4:25. After waiting such a long time I was upset to see another patient be taken ahead of me. I was in the waiting room an hour before she arrived. When I complained to the desk the response was”Complain to the Doctor!” Not I’m sorry let me check into that. When finally being brought into the examination room I was treated with a very unprofessional assistant telling me that I was wrong and the other person was before me. I waited in the examination room for40 minutes before the doctor came in . The exam was performed and went to check out and was being charged an additional $40 to get my script. I was not informed that there had been a policy change since my last visit. Had I known this I would have canceled the appointment.A woman came out who supposedly was a manager and told me that the policy changed and there was nothing she could do about it. The staff was very argumentative towards me and I was very upset leaving. They offered no compassion and I will not return to this office for care. Because I was not the only person upset about the wait time and this was the situation on both times that I visited this office I feel that their is a scheduling problem that should be looked into. From 1:45 check in till 4:45 check out is unacceptable.
