  We pick up medications for my wife at Kinney Drugs. They are always very kind and compassionate. It’s quite obvious the negative reviews have never been a healthcare worker in any capacity. Medical workers in all professions aren’t in the field because they don’t care. Caring for people is their profession. The enormous pressure is beyond that of other jobs. So be kind and thank them for helping you.

  I have been using kinneys for at least 10 years I started in Boonville they were great moved to Syracuse and used the cicero one had great service there also. I moved to utica and use the Whitesboro kinneys i went tp the window yesterday and was told my dr didn't send them in so i called the drs because i watched him send them and was told they were sent so i went in the store and the guy pharmacist said they recieved them but had to order them theyd be in first thing this morning and would be done early he was very nice so i went today waited till 12 and was told they werent here yet it would be another hour before they came so i asked do i come back around one i was told call first i said need them he said yrah call before i said i wont be home later he said are open tomorrow i said i wont be here tomorrow is Christmas eve so i have to have them today and theres no guarantee ill get them today so the dr sent them in on Wednesday and i might not get them till monday which isnt good i will not be using kinneys again i understand they have to order them but you are put on them for a reason and going almosy a week is not good i would no longer recommend kinneys at least not in whitesboro
