If you are looking for a Home Hospital bed, they carry the Icare Medical Group line. Stop in and check it out.

I have worked with White Plains Surgical to meet my mother’s needs for vacation and travel for the past few years and they have always been so supportive and helpful. Even last minute requests are no problem for them. And they are so patient when they have to show you how the equipment works.

We called repeatedly, but couldn’t get through. When we arrived at 4:50pm, no one was there. We’re now without a wheelchair. Don’t rely on them if you need one. EDITED TO ADD: We understand if some people were unable to get to work, but would appreciate being notified of the early closure if our order was unable to be fulfilled. We were left scrambling to find a wheelchair at the last minute when we thought it had been reserved.

After he brought me the ones the store had, he asked if I was buying a stethoscope for a costume. I’m a med student and wasn’t shopping for a Halloween costume, but simply buying school supplies. I felt embarrassed and left. I will not return nor recommend this store to anyone.
