  Nora taught a great class (empower) but the nonstop sales pitches from all the other staff was obnoxious. I signed up for their open house weekend and received a half dozen phone calls in the past week, including 30 minutes before my class. I asked the front desk to take me off their sales list and they continued pitching after class and as I was walking out of the studio. Unfortunately, if the front desk staff are so tone deaf that they respond to "please stop trying to sell me a package, I'm not interested" with "OK but we have some great packages you'll love," I really don't want to go back no matter how good the in class experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with how Pure Barre handled my membership cancellation. When I tried to cancel, I was charged $209 for that month and then told I would be charged another $209 for the following month, even though I would no longer be attending classes. I understand that businesses have policies, but charging someone hundreds of dollars for a membership they are actively trying to cancel, while refusing to make any accommodation, felt incredibly unfair and frustrating. For a company that promotes wellness and community, I expected much more understanding and better customer service. Instead, I walked away feeling like collecting another payment mattered more than helping a customer who was trying to end their membership. I would strongly recommend reading every detail of the cancellation policy before signing up so you know exactly what you may be charged if you ever need to cancel. The classes are subpar, not worth the money. Please go elsewhere.

  Pure Barre White Plains has a wonderful sense of community and amazing instructors. The teachers are excellent at providing individualized corrections to help you achieve proper form and get the most out of every class. Parking is free on the street before 9:00 a.m. and on Sundays, which makes attending classes even more convenient. There are a variety of class times available, along with four different class formats, making it easy for everyone to find a workout that fits their schedule and fitness level. This is the only workout program I have been able to stick with consistently for over four years. I absolutely love PB White Plains and highly recommend it!

  Attended an event hosted by Pretty Girls Walk and took a class with Julia at Pure Barre WP and WOW 🔥 I was not prepared for how good this workout was!! Such a great sweat, amazing energy, and such a welcoming environment. Definitely humbled this Pilates girlie 😂 10/10 recommend checking them out!

  The studio opened on the heels of a home and lifestyle relocation for me. Timing in life worked in my favor! The studio is spacious and pristine. It is filled with natural sunlight and two of the most talented managers to be found. They train and lead by example. There are many classes each day and night which accommodate my ever changing schedule. The vibe is warm. A special out to Ashley and Catie for making me, and everyone else, feel as if they’ve known us for years in a matter of weeks.
