  Chelsea D fix my glasses right away even tho she is not a licensed optician & she did such a great job n she was willing to help me which saved my life. Without my glasses I cannot see.

  I recently visited the LensCrafters location at The Westchester Mall in White Plains, NY, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care. A special thank you to Sky and Sonia, who made my visit exceptional from start to finish. Sky was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain my options and helping me select the perfect frames. Sonia was equally outstanding, ensuring everything went smoothly and making me feel valued as a customer throughout the entire process. The eye exam was thorough and professional, and the staff made the experience comfortable and stress-free. The store was clean, well-organized, and offered a great selection of frames to fit every style and budget. What truly sets this LensCrafters location apart is the level of customer service. Sky and Sonia went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly personalities turned what could have been a routine appointment into an outstanding experience.   Wow! I’m not sure there’s anything I can say about Chelsea D. and Dr. Susan Rosenzweig that hasn’t already been said, but they truly deserve every bit of the praise they receive. From the moment my mom and I walked in, Chelsea D. was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were so impressed with her service that we came back multiple times specifically to work with her. She is patient, kind, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping people. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, enjoyable, and seamless. As for Dr. Susan Rosenzweig, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’m someone who gets very nervous about doctor appointments, and she immediately put me at ease. She is warm, thoughtful, thorough, and takes the time to actually talk with you rather than rushing through the appointment. From start to finish, I felt heard, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. But my recommendation isn’t just for people who are anxious. If you simply want an exceptional eye doctor, Dr. Rosenzweig is the one to see. I’ve been wearing glasses for nine years, and she is hands-down the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is incredibly thorough, explains everything clearly, answers every question, and makes sure you understand exactly what is going on with your eye health. It is obvious that she truly cares about her patients and takes great pride in her work. Whether you’re nervous about eye exams, bringing your children in for an appointment, or simply looking for outstanding eye care, I cannot recommend Dr. Rosenzweig enough. She combines expertise, professionalism, and kindness in a way that is incredibly rare. Thank you, Chelsea D. and Dr. Susan Rosenzweig, for making every visit such a positive experience.   I have to say, this is probably my favorite LensCrafters because of how sweet the staff is. Chelsea and Sky are always so kind and patient, as well as very informative. And although I would give them 5 stars, what makes me a little weary is an interaction that happened today while I was shopping for new sunglasses. A man came in very hostile towards the staff. I later found out he’s one of the doctor’s brother. I could not believe how that man acted towards the staff so offensively. I even noticed when a couple and their daughter came in and overheard this interaction, they ended up leaving right away. All in all, I’m hoping that there’s a little more professionalism from the doctor’s family. It’s a place of business after all.
