- GRGail R.Aug 6, 20262.0The doctor's appointments at this LensCrafters are consistently late. Yesterday, our 4:00 p.m. appointment had been double-booked, and we weren't seen until 4:45. This is the second time in two weeks we've waited 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. After the wait, we were simply told to try the contact lenses at home for a week and return for a third visit. There was no reason for us to sit in the office for 45 minutes just to be sent home. It's extremely frustrating, inconvenient, and disrespectful.
