I wasn’t going to use my insurance but this very rude and condescending female at the check in desk appears to have no customer service etiquette. I’ve never had to deal with someone so rude at Lenscrafters’s before. This is my first bad review. I hope they contact me so I can give them the name of the individual. I’ve been purchasing glasses at Lenscrafters’s for years between different stores but never had this kind of treatment before.
