  As a husband waiting for my wife during her treatment at AirSculpt, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making both of us feel comfortable throughout the process. They took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and gave me confidence that my wife was in great hands. A special thank you to Ingrid at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive from the moment we arrived. She made the check-in process smooth and helped create a positive experience right away. While I was waiting for my wife’s treatment to be completed, Ingrid went above and beyond by making me a great cup of coffee and adding a personal touch that truly made me feel valued and cared for. The level of customer service and attention to detail from the entire AirSculpt team was outstanding. I really appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care everyone showed throughout the day. Knowing my wife was being well cared for made the experience much easier, and I highly recommend AirSculpt to anyone considering their services.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting AirSculpt in White Plains, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Reception and Atmosphere Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ingrid at the reception. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, guiding me through the entire process. Her patience and attentiveness made me feel valued and well-informed, easing any nerves I had. Ingrid's positive attitude and genuine care for her patients truly set a welcoming tone for my visit. Surgical Experience Dr. Perkins is an incredible surgeon. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease. His expertise and gentle demeanor made a significant difference, and I felt completely confident in his hands. Coordination and Support Celia, the coordinator, was another standout. She was organized, attentive, and made the entire process seamless. Her support throughout my visit was invaluable, and I appreciated her constant communication. Nursing Care Terry, the nurse, also deserves special mention for her compassionate care. She was attentive to my needs and provided reassurance during the procedure. Her professionalism and kindness enhanced the overall experience. Overall, AirSculpt in White Plains exceeded my expectations, thanks to this remarkable team. I am in my 2 week of recovering, looking forward to see my final results. If you're considering their services, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

  If I could rewind time, I would. Take your money to a well reviewed plastic surgeon and do it the right way. It’s certainly not cheaper and it’s not “less invasive” to go with airsculpt. This is a VERY painful procedure and I’ve read other reviews where people thought they weren’t given enough time for medication and numbing- that could be true. Pain is 10/10 - doesn’t get any worse. Bedside manner is definitely scary bad. I have nightmares thinking about screaming on the operating table in pain, and the dr talking about tacos with the nurses. It’s a degrading thought. They left stitches inside of me for weeks on end insisting they were dissolvable when I knew it was not true. I sent photos of my body week after week. I finally got them to listen to me and I was right- they were removed finally and I was left with extra scarring in that area. I was afraid of this dr - during follow up visit when I asked about fibrosis/this fluid filled pocket I have after procedure - he did NOT want to hear it and he laughed at me. Overall, I felt really bad about my decision to go with AirSculpt. I was mad at myself for not taking the negative reviews seriously and for wasting a lot of money. Maybe this will help someone make a better choice than I did. And to the drs and management here- please please do better. This is someone’s body — and their hard earned money.

  huge thank you to Dr. Krystyansky Their precision and expertise were clear from the start. Being awake for a procedure can be intimidating, but they walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results already look incredible and very natural,Nurses (Clarissa)are usually the ones handling the "pads and compression" side of things, which is a big part of AirSculpt,From the front desk (Ingrid) she was very friendly nd helpfull, the team at AirSculpt was professional and welcoming. The procedure was much smoother than I expected, and the 'no needles, no stitches' aspect is a total game changer.
