  Place took there time. And helped And never rushed me. Went threw my insurance and showed me were to look for that amount or if I wanted to pay a little more Great associates. My new go to when I need Glasses every 2 yrs.

  I have been going there for years, and I bought expensive Coach glasses and I've always used my military discount on glasses and lenses this time I had issues with my eyes and didn't want to spend on expensive glasses until I fix my eye issue so I used a pair of glasses I already had to put lenses in and they did not give me my military discount also I asked for paperwork from my visit and paperwork from the last time I was there My current time and last time and they told me it would be ready when I pick up my glasses I went to pick up my glasses and they don't have the paperwork ready so they're going downhill I'm not going to go there anymore The excuse he gave me this time for not applying my military discount was we don't use military discount when you have insurance I've always had insurance I've always used my insurance and military discount so they just lost a customer I bet you they really don't care but I'm putting it out there

  Love my sun prescription glasses, the frame is mine and I also have regular glasses from them so happy with my recent purchase. My favorite is the Male he’s always knowledgeable and professional. I don’t know his name) I’ve noticed the ladies would push their work on to him to finish up including me. In the middle of ordering and she say he can finish, he just walked in and clocked in. She may not know customer service well she half work and pass along. We both noticed and he still was professional I hope he gets a raise for always doing two people jobs. He’s tall and handsome and I believe the only male, please treat him right he deserves compassion and respect not dumped on by a co-worker that acts ENTITLED.

  If I could give this review 5 stars just because of Courtney, I totally would. She is the nicest, most professional person I’ve came across. Over the past few months I’ve had to frequent this sterling optical for glasses and other needs. On several different occasions I’ve had multiple bad interactions with the man who works the front (not the doctor). Listening to him, I hear him constantly belittling his coworkers and being rude to patients. Truly I understand you can’t always have a good day but would it be such a problem to be nice every once in a while. There is no reason I should be leaving a store and feel like I did something wrong from the way I was spoken to. In other news it’s a great place to get all your glasses and contact needs completed.
