    Honestly, I haven't been back to LensCrafters in almost 3 years because of a specific situation back then but coming in today was definitely the best decision I ever made. Everyone was super helpful and kind. Our optometrist, Kyana, was amazing. She was so sweet and patient. I never experienced this type of customer service. She provided recommendations, other options and it was just an overall GREAT experience. My wife managed to get a 2nd pair. I will be returning to get my glasses as well and I would only want Kyana to help! Dr. Li was very sweet as well. The entire staff was amazing.

    The doctor was great, but the whole experience is designed to sell you an overpriced pair of glasses. The staff was combative, and refused to provide complete prescription information without a fight. Avoid them - I won't be going back.
