  The Dr was great. But it was very disappointing the selection and prices for kids glasses. I wish I didn’t go due tot hat reason we left empty handed. I get discounts on all of the extras thrift my insurance and Lens crafters was not giving us those discounts. I walked out of Monroe Family eye care with a pair of glasses for $20.00. Many of the kids glasses were designer brands not flexible, bendable frames which are durable for rough young kids I would never go back to a lens crafters. The staff was nice but the prices were ridiculous.

  Dr. Nancy Schiffman was only working at this location for the one day. I made the appointment there because she is an excellent, attentive optometrist. I have been a patient for over 20 years and will go to whatever location she is working in the New York State area.

  My experience at Palisades LensCrafters was great. Kyana was phenomenal and very customer service oriented. She addressed our needs and ensured we were pleased with the outcome. I watched her interactions with other customers and she was nothing short genuine. Would highly recommend LensCrafter to address your eye care needs.
