I was going through a “sleep divorce” where my wife had enough of my loud and constant snoring and switched bedrooms. I had tried the mail order mouthpiece in the past but hated it. I took the sleep apnea test and scored a 21 which I was advised put me in the moderate-severe range. My snoring score was off the charts. I went to Silent Night Therapy and sought the oral appliance on the thought it would be less onerous than the CPAP machine. The process was simple- a few visits and they furnished a custom made mouthpiece. While the first week or so took some adjusting, I settled in and am glad to report 3 months in and I use it every night. My snoring is gone or minimal, my “bed divorce” is over, and my sleep apnea score successfully plummeted from a 21 down to a 3. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the staff was fabulous throughout!
