- CCCAJMar 27, 20265.0I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the team at Patriot Mobility—especially Kris and Angel. We ran into an issue with my mom’s chair, and I was honestly pretty stressed since I live out of state and she’s in New York. From the start, Kris and Angel were amazing. They really took the time to figure everything out and didn’t stop until the issue was fully resolved. What meant the most to me was how they kept me in the loop the whole time. Being so far away, that kind of communication made a huge difference and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Now my mom has her stairlift and she’s so happy. She doesn’t have to struggle going up and down the stairs anymore, and it’s made her day-to-day life so much easier. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care like they do. I’m really thankful for everything they did and would absolutely recommend Patriot Mobility to anyone who needs this kind of help.

He was professional, gracious, patient, kind and very easy to deal with. He made the whole process of installing the unit a real pleasure. He cares about what he does and how he does it. He took real pride in his work and took the time to explain everything in a very easygoing, calm manner. We definitely recommend Patriot mobility and especially Jose. We are extremely satisfied with our stairlift ! GO PATRIOT !
