She, and her associates, were so pleasant and comfortable to talk with. I was never rushed when picking out frames, I was truly assisted. Heather explained and showed me the way bifocals now have features I didn’t know existed, rather like various ranges of bifocal zones to use non professional terminology. It was great to have so many options.
