- SJSam JoyJun 10, 20265.0Today, I had a fantastic experience at AudioNova in Webster, NY. Normally, I see Carrie Whitehead, Au.D. (Doctor of Audiology), who is a gifted licensed Dispensing Audiologist. Her diagnostic skills are unsurpassed. We have worked together since she started with AudioNova. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Najla Silmi B.S. who is a Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee. To say the least Najla is learning from the best. Najla not only tested my hearing, using my current Signa Hearing Aids, but educated me and tested my hearing again using the next generation of hearing devices; the Phonak Hearing Instrument system, featuring the Roger On Total Care Package. Her presentation was very clear and concise and demonstration very convincing. I have enjoyed my current Signia hearing aids for many worry-free years, however today, my hearing was even clearer and crisper with the Phonak Hearing system, I was ready to purchase the next generation and I did. I cannot express in this short review the leaps and bounds the technology has advanced, you must make an appointment to discover for yourself. "Hearing is Believing", I had to have this new technology today, and I did. Have Carrie or Najla explain the supplemental Roger On Total Care Package. It is the next best thing since sliced bread. I would also like to give props to their administrator, Michelle whose professionalism and cheerful attitude keeps the operation running smoothly every day. Sam Joy
