The knowledge and explanations that he shares during our sessions are as valuable as the stretches he provides that cannot be replicated at home. As a 50+ year old looking to stay in shape and injury-free, our sessions have become an integral part of my athletic regimen.

He also has an amazing memory and knows everything that's going on with both of my kids, which is refreshing in a day and age when most customer service seems to have gone by the wayside.
