He is so thorough and explains everything he's doing and what he's hoping to accomplish. He also has an amazing memory and knows everything that's going on with both of my kids, which is refreshing in a day and age when most customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Both of my kids genuinely look forward to their sessions with Nick which is very helpful. I highly recommend!
