  After a difficult experience elsewhere, I came into this appointment feeling anxious and uncertain. From the moment I met Dr. Robert Conca, he treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out most was how gentle and understanding he was throughout the entire visit. Dental problems can be stressful and overwhelming, but he made me feel comfortable, respected, and cared for every step of the way. It is rare to find a healthcare professional who combines such skill, professionalism, and empathy. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and confident that I was finally in the right hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Robert Conca to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Truly thankful for him. 🙏🏻 ❤️

  I came to establish care after relocating, There was no wait, the staff was very Friendly, Dentist and Hygienist were Kind, and Thorough. Amazing “Bedside manner” and my history and dental goals were heard in full. My teeth are squeaky clean as well!

  I had a traumatic experience with the oral surgeon today. After previously canceling my appointment to begin my implant twice. Today I was made to wait over an hour and a half. When the oral surgeon came in, he did not introduce himself asked how I was and when I responded frustrated he proceeded to berate me about being disrespectful and impatient. He insisted he hadn’t canceled the appointment on me. After this went on for several minutes, I no longer felt safe to have this person doing such an Invasive procedure on me and left. I do not recommend them. I’m still trying to calm down after being berated for several minutes and being accused of being disrespectful and told that he didn’t need to work on me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to them for any dental work.

  I've been a patient of Wappingers Dental Arts for 20 years plus. I've never had an issue with a dentist like this. I had crown work done in Dec. 2025 and a follow up in Jan. 2026. The dentist that worked on my crown in Dec. and Jan. was horrible and thank God they are no longer working there. The dentist gave me 3 injections of novacaine and started. I stopped them due to pain. The dentist gave me two more shots of novacaine. Guess what? still in pain. I dealt with the pain and the dentist stopped and nodded to the assistant . I. stopped them and asked, "what are you doing?" The dentist said, "I need to cut your gum a little bit so the crown would fit better". A week later, I went back to the dentist office, I was in pain. The hygienist stated they would need to remove the temp crown to find the cause of the pain-there were a few pieces of cement digging into my gum which they removed gently. Thank goodness. Then 2 weeks later the temp crown was replaced with my permanent crown. DONE. Fast forward to May 2026, the crown that was worked on in Jan. 2026 - I had some pain which became excruciating. Called the office and had an appt a few days later with Dr. Alexander. I was still nervous but as long as it was not the other dentist.I could handle the pain over the weekend. I looked at some of the reviews and a few patients had similar experiences like I did. Then, I noticed Dr. Alexander had good reviews. I felt I would be in good hands. I went to the appt. with a list of problems and Kayla, Dr. Alexander's assistant greeted me and asked how she could help. I gave Kayla the list and stated she would need to take 2 x-rays which brought tears. My anxiety went through the roof. She was gentle and reassured me the doctor would take care. of me. She was right. Dr. Alexander walked in and asked how he could help me. I gave him the list. He knew I was in pain. He gave me three choices- I chose to have Dr. Alexander pull my tooth-pulling the tooth-NO PAIN. 2 weeks later-temp bridge made-NO PAIN. 3 weeks later-removed the temp bridge and replaced with the permanent bridge. NO PAIN. Sorry, my story was a bit long but Dr. Alexander rescued me and restored my confidence in a dentist again. Dr. Alexander was a professional, knowledgable and genuine. I can't say enough. The office staff are very professional, helpful, and pleasant. Thank you Dr. Alexander for your help!!
