If your form is wrong they quietly come over and adjust you, without missing a beat or causing unwanted attention. I recommended 3 people so far and will continue to spread the word.
- AMAmanda MeccaMay 22, 20265.0I’ve been going to Pure Barre and it’s quickly become one of the most effective and motivating workouts I’ve ever stuck with. The classes are low impact but incredibly challenging in the best way. Every session is structured around small, controlled movements that target muscles you don’t usually engage in traditional workouts. You leave shaking a little (in a good way), but also feeling stronger each time. The instructors are supportive without being intimidating and they do a great job of offering modifications, so you can push yourself at your own pace. The music and flow of class make the time go by faster than you’d expect for such an intense burn. Perfect if you want a low impact workout that brings great results!

I was never able to stay consistent with a workout routine ever, and workout classes were the perfect solution for me. I love the Pure Barre class formats. I take class multiple times a week and they are never exactly the same. I also adore all the instructors. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I look forward to class with every one of them. The class times are very convenient, with early morning before work to later in the evenings, and weekend mornings. I have seen a true difference in how strong I feel, how my body looks, and a huge positive impact on my mental health. Pure Barre is truly the whole package and I am so glad they found a home in Wappingers!
