  Probably one of the most frustrating interactions in a pharmacy that I’ve never dealt with. I recently moved and switched from my Hannaford to this Hannaford, but my goodness, probably the worst consumer service ever. I endured the pharmacy for a month, but I’ve had it. It’s my first time going to a pharmacy where everyone seems uneducated. With the new house, maybe it’s time for a new pharmacy like CVS where I know I’ll be working with people of understanding. I will say, however, they do give painless vaccines.

  The staff is nice but they often do not have enough registers to accommodate the volume they get. There is nothing worse than standing in line to pick up a prescription while you have a basket full of groceries. Also there have been many times when I try to reach them by phone, and they don't answer the phone and a generic messages left saying they are too busy to answer the phone.

  Recently as of late every time I go there is an older lady who is extremely rude and gives me very dirty looks. The first time I saw her she wouldn’t give me my prescribed nasal spray, saying I’m better off getting it off the shelf because of how expensive it was because my insurance did not cover that .when I asked the price for my subscription she refused to tell me. Yesterday I went to pick up my allergy medication and I was given the wrong medication that I did not even send a request for. Keep in mind, I’ve never had an issue here until I met that lady. It makes me very uncomfortable the way she looks at me with such disgust. I never have a problem here unless she is there.

  I never seen a pharmacy fall apart so fast since the original people have left this place this place that needs to be all revamped this place needs to replace everybody and restart over again i have moved on to c.V.Yes.Pharmacy in Fishkill never been so happier and everybody is so more professional.Never look back

  Love the staff here, in any department. The pharmacy staff is wonderful, and they actually care about everyone's wellbeing. The staff throughout the store, are just as helpful, pleasant, and wonderful to be around. Great vibes.
