  Recently as of late every time I go there is an older lady who is extremely rude and gives me very dirty looks. The first time I saw her she wouldn’t give me my prescribed nasal spray, saying I’m better off getting it off the shelf because of how expensive it was because my insurance did not cover that .when I asked the price for my subscription she refused to tell me. Yesterday I went to pick up my allergy medication and I was given the wrong medication that I did not even send a request for. Keep in mind, I’ve never had an issue here until I met that lady. It makes me very uncomfortable the way she looks at me with such disgust. I never have a problem here unless she is there.

  Called 7 times, left 4 messages, and nothing. I went there, but I received an attitude from the older woman, as I have every time I deal with her. This is very bad customer service.

  Absolutely, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They don't answer the phone. I was standing there and called, but they didn't answer the phone while on their cell phones. When the woman came to help, she was rude as can be, and they are all rude. They all have an attitude. This pharmacy needs to be closed down.

  Every single time I need to call and get my medication filled because the auto system does not work I can NEVER get through. I called 6-7 times please leave messages and I do not get my calls returned or my medications refilled. I should not need to go into the store ask for a refill and then sit and wait for 40mins every month. This is insane.

  The pharmacist was extremely helpful and took the time to help me with concerns I had. Very pleased with this pharmacy.
