  Unfortunately, zero stars not an option. Called in for one of my chemotherapy meds refill and left message with RX # last night. Had to call this afternoon to see if ready and was told yes but nobody called to say it was. Ok fast forward, my 26 yr old son went with me to pick up along with Claritin. My son was using his card to pay. The check out kid with attitude wouldnt let my son purchase because I am the one who asked for the Claritin. Every time I have to use this pharmacy there is an issue. To avoid aggravation just avoid all together and go elsewhere.

  It's unfortunate that this is the main pharmacy in Walden and it sucks. The communication is horrible, you get phone calls stating your medication is ready for pick up when you get there they tell you is not. Some of the workers seem to treat people wrongly depending their race and color. Its sad that this is what we have to deal with when we are trying to do business with our locals.

  Refused to full crucial medication even tho it was over a hour before closing. Very poor customer service and there is always a line 8 people deep.

  Prescriptions are never ready even when they say it will be ready at a certain time. Worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. It’s horrible service

  I always thought the pharmacy staff was very friendly and helpful, they really seem to go out of their way to keep their customers happy, and I am, happy. 🙂
