Really terrible customer service. Don’t bother going here unless you just want to figure things out on your own or want the feeling of shopping online but being somewhere physical

Very pleased with all aspects of the sale--professionalism, attentiveness and non-pressure from the staff members. I was assisted immediately upon arrival and store setup was explained thoroughly. I chose to walk around and try different styles on, then was aided by two associates in both my choices (sunglasses and plain). The selection was vast and impressive and sizes for each frame were available. An all-around pleasant experience. Anticipate the arrival and continued satisfaction once my glasses arrive (10-12 days).

Glasses selection was fine and I got what I ordered but they are soooo cheap! They were ALWAYS dirty and I had to clean them so often that the anti glare coating starting rubbing off and looked like scratches. I only used their cleaning clothes so they weren't damaged because of using something else. First and last time to use Warby Parker because I need quality when it comes to glasses.
