  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience here! The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. Everyone was patient, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I also want to give a special shout-out to Alex for taking the time to help me out and making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Great team, great service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new pair of glasses! 👓🔥

  I bought a 90 days supply and they gave me only 60 day for one eye and when I called , they conveniently told me I needed a new eye exam . That my prescription was expired this month , they could not order a new box until I got a new eye exam Poor business practice and nothing was done to assist even tho my contacts were running out. Will never do business with them again.

  On August 17, 2026, I called this office with a simple question about getting glasses using a prescription from another doctor. I politely introduced myself and asked the lady how she was doing, but she immediately started yelling at me and said, “You don’t have to know how I’m doing.” I was shocked by how rude and disrespectful she was. I called back to explain what happened and was told the manager would be notified and someone would call me back, but no one ever did. This is completely unacceptable. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.

  I have always had good experiences at LensCrafters and have generally received great customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Angel was very disappointing. Angel was rude and made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. I was surprised because my previous experiences at this location have always been positive. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated. I would still like to have the positive experience I’ve always had at LensCrafters, but this interaction was unacceptable.

  Gully provided outstanding service! She was incredibly prompt and efficient, which was so valuable to me on a busy day when I had already been to multiple places without finding what I needed. Godly not only found the perfect frame for my son’s glasses, but she did it quickly and with a smile. Thanks to her, he’s all set for his travels. I truly appreciate her help!
