We are pleased to announce we have added a Private Infrared Sauna and Chromotherapy Sanctuary!
We are a complete Fitness center offering strength equipment, cardio, Personal Training, a full café with seating in and outside, Pilates Reformer one on one training, a full group fitness program including Tabata, Yoga, Pump, Total Body Conditioning, Spin and many more. We have Saunas located in both locker rooms. Ample free parking always. Phoenix Fitness is super clean and feels like Home away from Home. We are never crowded and have the feel of a throw back neighborhood club where everyone knows you. We are the opposite of the chain Health clubs that are super crowded.
