Pride Fitness and Nutrition (PFN) is a structured, no-BS training facility offering small-group classes and 1:1 personal training for anyone who wants real coaching and real progress. Our class lineup—Hybrid60, Hybrid75, Tempo, and Bootcamp—blends strength, conditioning, and athletic movement with clear instruction and intentional programming. PFN also provides customized training options, meal plan support, and full PFN App access. As a rapidly growing gym, we continue adding equipment, expanding class offerings, and improving the space to deliver a high-standard environment built on effort, consistency, and results.
