- VVVarunApr 16, 20261.0I wasn't happy with the service.Cleaning appointments are included as part of insurance plans but the facility came up with reasons to make it a paid visit, citing unfair reasons. There needs to be transparency in the process. The quality of service was also average, the cleaning was pretty basic, nothing which qualified as a treatment, let alone a paid treatment. I would like to update this review to add my wife’s experience as well. The cleaning which was done for my wife, caused additional problems for her teeth. Her lower teeth have started causing problems, as an injury was introduced during her cleaning, since 2weeks she is complaining about her teeth in her lower jaw. To respond back for the comment from owner, Insurance plans were disclosed before treatment, 2 cleanings are provided in all plans including ours, your nurse confirmed your facility started charging since last year since its a lot of work and free cleanings are not worth the effort, which is fraudulent. As professional service providers, clinics should not try to rip patients off but rather be transparent and focus on providing good quality care as doctors.
