After a horrific experience at ECMC and the inability to locate a dentist within 20 miles accepting new patients. Bison dental came through. I called 16 dentists, I got bad attitudes and rude responses “what don’t you understand… we’re not accepting new patients” is what I was told by the previous 16. I nearly lost all hope until I called bison. Facing a horrible infection in my mouth NO ONE was willing to help me EXPECT FOR BISON. They answered the phone politely empathized for my scenario and got me in their schedule ASAP.. although they didn’t take my insurance it truly was an emergency and they understood. They did everything they legally could to lower my out of pocket cost and before I knew it my tooth was sitting on the side table next to the LOVELY dentist. No pain. No fear. Nothing but trust for these people. Professional, relatable, polite, and ALL BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE. . Hidden gem of a dentistry. Highly recommend and will be moving my kids from winning smiles to them ASAP. They’re bedside manner was amazing and I felt comfortable and in good qualified hands the entire time. I’m back to smiling big now. Couldn’t thank them enough. Your playing yourself and your smile if you go anywhere else 😬😬😬😬😬😬

That caught me pleasantly off guard. The whole atmosphere was cheery, very much out of my experience. 😊 Dr Kosar was friendly and helpful, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. I chose Bison as my new dental practice based on the reviews, and they were spot on! Good job, Bison!
