YMCA Downtown Syracuse

Our Downtown YMCA has 3 full basketball courts, women’s only fitness center, indoor track, 5 racquetball/handball courts, small group training studio, group exercise classes, indoor pool & aquatics open swimming. The men and women’s locker rooms are equipped with newly dry saunas, showers and locker areas for safe storage of belongings. Prevention programs and assisted memberships offered for qualified members. With a local presence and national reach, our mission is to bring people together in pursuit of spiritual, mental and physical growth, to build community, and to serve.
