My husband and I needed eyeglasses, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed warmly. We had a great time during our eye assessments and examinations, and we were guided every step of the way. Dr. Bakari Samin explained every detail of our eye examinations clearly and patiently. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my eye condition and even provided me with a referral to see an eye specialist. I truly appreciated this because I honestly didn’t know where to go or how to find the right specialist. He made everything so much easier for me. What stood out the most was how he treated us like family. He is approachable, kind, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I was able to make an appointment online to an exam immediately.The exam was compressive but not lengthy. There was no unnecessary wait time to start my appointment or see the doctor. All the staff were incredibly patient while I tried on glasses for 30 minutes. I was able to get my exam and walk about with my new glasses all within 2 hours. Great experience, highly recommend.
