  Let me Tell you from the time i walked in the door I was greeted by a very nice girl which I don't know her name. But the ophthalmologist what's a carrying person who kept me in there for over an hour to make sure that my eyes were correctly , HER NAME WAS DOCTOR Q U YNH NHU LE, VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY PRECISE IN WHAT SHE DID, I DON'T ALWAYS LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT THIS ONE WAS A MUST. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION ABOUT GETTING YOUR EYES ANYWHERE, GO TO LENS GRAFTERS IN MARSHALL'S MALL AND THEN I MET A GUY NAMED ALBERT HE WAS THE GUY WHO GOT MY GLASSES SET UP FOR ME.WHAT A NICE GUYTHE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL.THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE.NOT ONLY DID THEY TAKE MY INSURANCE.OF COURSE I HAD TO GET VERSACE GLASSES. THEY HAVE SUCH A NICE SELECTION OF GLASSES.I WOULD GO NOWHERE ELSE.THANK YOU AGAIN DOCTOR QUYNH. I WOULD ASK FOR HER IF YOU GO THERE BECAUSE SHE IS VERY GOOD. THANK YOU ALBERT FOR HELPING ME GET MY GLASSES AND PICKING THEM OUT.I MAY BE BROKE NOW , BUT I'M HAPPY.LMAO.. AND THANKS TO MY INSURANCE FOR HELPING ME FIND THIS WONDERFUL PLACE.

  The eye exam and experience with the eye doctor was great but the experience with the person helping me buy my glasses was disappointing. I had a hard time finding lenses that I liked and when I finally found a pair I liked I was told they only came in one color. When I went to the lens crafters website I found out the lenses actually came in another color that I preferred. I called to request that the color in the order be switched and I was told that’s not possible, because they don’t have access to online options. Weird business model on behalf of lens crafters. I was then told I could pay for the lenses out of pocket, return them, and order them again from the store so they’ll have them in stock — again, really weird business model. Additionally, I requested a discount based on my American Bar Association membership and was told they don’t do that when it’s clearly a benefit listed on my membership explanation. Ultimately, I asked for my order to be cancelled so I can order my preferred lenses on the website and I was told that would be processed within the next 24 business hours but instead of a confirmation email or text with saying my order was successfully cancelled, I received a text saying my glasses are ready. - Elly Marisol Estrada Cruz
