There was some account issues where phone numbers were mixed up also and where my number was missing from the account the appointment was under. The staff corrected the accounts so I could continue to receive notifications again including other contact information. They were patient with resolving the issues and provided excellent patient/customer education. I always have a phenomenal experience here. My daughter also always has a good experience and excited for her new frames every year also. I don't see us ever going anywhere else.
