  Overall, the company provides wonderful caregiver services. Morgan works very well for our 93 year old Dad. From light house chores to companionship 5 days a week, we have peace of mind that someone is there for 5 hours each of those days. We're not as bogged down with those duties when we come by later each day and Dad enjoys her company. From the business perspective, Tracy Barrett is excellent at what she does. Her organizing skills and communication are second to none. The office staff is wonderful as well. When there were scheduling issues, someone always kept us updated on the details. These people are very courteous and professional and certainly a pleasure to work with!

  Comfort Keepers has been a blessing for our family! My aging father has Parkinson’s disease and needs more assistance nowadays making everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry a struggle. My sister and I have felt overwhelmed by knowing he needs us more but our home/work responsibilities, keep up away more than we would like. Tracy at Comfort Keepers was great and met with us to find out our needs. She matched my dad with Rashonda who now spends two day a week at his home. When she is there she visits with him, does light cleaning, and cooks as well. My dad is very independent and he has had to adjust to receiving help but he now speaks very highly of Rashonda and shares how helpful and professional she is. It has been a relief that this service exists and they have been a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Comfort Keepers in the Syracuse Area to everyone who needs some extra care for their loved one!

  When our 93 year old mother needed assistance but wanted to remain in her own home, we turned to Comfort Keepers. After several tries, a compatible companion was found for Mom. Shannon, the General Manager, was supportive in finding the right match. Her patience and persistence was greatly appreciated. Our mother is happy with the care and kindness she is now receiving. We have peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands.

  My dad is 87 and lives alone, as his daughter I realized he needed a little extra help and consistency with his daily routines. I had heard of Comfort Keepers from a person I talked to while having a casual conversation. I reached out to them and started the process, my dad has one weekly visit with this lovely warm hearted woman named LeRotha she engages with my dad, plays cards with him she’s an absolute pleasure. Her weekly visit allows me one day to mentally recover from my daily caregiving routine and she keeps me informed with each visit, Shannon also keeps in contact to ensure we are pleased with their services and has been flexible to changes I may need. I’m throughly please with Comfort Keepers and LeRotha!! Thank you..

  Used them once.. there person took naps and did horrible job. After discontinuing there service had to fight to get money back from them. Would not recommend!!!
