- BWBruce W4 days ago5.0I took my mom for an eye test and new glasses. The doctor was excellent and patient with my mom. The selection was excellent. The person helping select the frames was also very patient. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been going here for more than a decade.( from there original Hicksville location) I recently purchased glasses and when I picked them up the lenses were not 100%. Gary said no problem we will remake them. They remade them and they were great! A month passes by and my lenses mess up ( something got on them) I went to Gary to see what options I have . Gary said “ I don’t want your money” we will remake them again at NO CHARGE! . Extremely kind of Gary and his team. This is what customer service should be like. I can guarantee you no other company would do such a thing! Please buy your glasses here! They actually care about their customers!!

I haven’t been here in years but a relative of mine went there recently and they’re still trying to pull the same tactic. I shouldn’t have to argue to get a copy of my prescription or hear fake excuses about the “system being down” which coincidentally happened every time I requested it after my exam.

Wait times were minimal to non existent for the exam and help picking out new frames..they got me in right away and spent ample time helping me. They were kind..courteous and honest. I would highly recommend going to this Pearle Vision..they go above and beyond. I will definitely go back. I thank Ellen and the team at Pearle Vision Syosset.
