  After 2 weeks of shoulder therapy i can sleep without pain jolting me awake. Katrene knows the right exercises to strengthen and improve range of motion without causing more pain. She is clearly knowledgeable and professional, focuses on my particular injury and carefully monitors my progress. It is nice and clean there, and as others have said, has a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Premier Physical Therapy .

  After being diagnosed with frozen shoulder, which caused a lot of pain and couldn’t move my shoulder too much, I started seeing Katrene at Premier physical therapy in Suffern. After a couple of weeks of my physical therapy, I now can move my arm freely and with very little pain. The atmosphere is very relaxing, Katrene my physical therapist is friendly, caring and listens to your concerns and answers your questions. Thanks Katrene for getting me back to 100% I highly recommend Premier Physical therapy in Suffern

  I was looking for a PT that treated the older generation with my RX for bursitis. I choose Katrene's office, and was glad I did. I have tried other franchise PT studios, but found the practitioners inattentive, would not check-in often, and were generally not engaged. Katrene keeps an eye on all her clients, steps in to correct, and runs a cheery and friendly operation. Plus, the music is great, too. Highly recommended!!

  We had a wonderful experience with Katrene M. Delaney, PT, at Premier Physical Therapy of Rockland. She worked with my 7-year-old daughter to address her toe walking, and we have seen such a positive difference. Since beginning physical therapy, my daughter has experienced less pain and improved mobility, which has been a huge blessing for our family. Katrene was always kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for while also taking the time to help us understand what she was working on and why. I also really appreciated how respectful she was of our time—we never had to sit around waiting, and she was consistently prompt and ready for us at our appointment time. Most importantly, you can tell that Katrene genuinely cares about the children and families she works with. I’m very grateful for the care she gave my daughter and would absolutely recommend her to any parent looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dependable physical therapist.

  I’ve had an excellent experience with Katrene Delaney and highly recommend her for physical therapy. This is actually my second experience with PT at the facility; my first was a couple of years ago when I was recovering from an Achilles rupture, and I’m now back for treatment for lower spine and upper buttock pain. Katrene is extremely knowledgeable, direct, and professional, but what stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to understand the issue, explains what she’s doing and why, and makes sure you’re progressing in the right direction. I’m nearly 100% healed, and I’m very happy with the results. The facility itself is excellent; modern, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. Between the quality of care, professionalism, and genuine attention to the client, I’ve had a great experience both times. I highly recommend Katrene to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy.
