- IIIkyJul 1, 20261.0I have no words for this mismanaged, unprofessional place. If you go to ur class and enjoy it, fine. But if you need anything from them it's impossible! Impossible to reach them.. never available .. cancellations the biggest hassle.. and if you want to cancel your membership, be prepared for a really hard time and continued to be charged . They made so many mistakes while I was enrolled, I was never so happy to leave! Don't bother commenting with some ridiculous excuse

But unfortunately it is a very mismanaged place. If I had a question I could never reach the manager. Secretaries at the desk took messages, but I never got a response from the manager.
