From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize the doctor who was working that day. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout my mom’s appointment. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made my mom feel comfortable and well cared for. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out and made the experience especially positive. The front staff also deserves recognition. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to assist, which made the entire visit smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Overall, this was one of the best optical store experiences we’ve had. The team at Warby Parker Water Island Mall truly goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming experience. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of my mom and making her appointment such a positive one!
