  Horrible service! First comer did not know that the sign in desk was in the middle of the store I sat down and waited to be called. There’s 3 staff members in the actual store. None acknowledged me. None informed me to sign in. Just completely ignored!! After about 10 mins sitting waiting patiently I finally saw a clip board on a desk and asked if “this is where I sign in” and the guy looked at me and said “uh yea”. His tone knew I was pissed and I had told him I was sitting a while someone could’ve told me at any point to come up and sign in! And he just said “oh I didn’t even see you there.” LIES! He saw me and I saw him. I was being polite and patiently waiting as I saw the 2 front girls helping a customer but no one went out of their way to tell me where to go or even a simple “hello I’ll be right with you.” Horrible experience from the beginning! Came here for a simple eye exam and am NEVER coming back. Will be telling my friends and family what a poor experience I had so that they don’t give you any services! Tell your staff to be a bit more professional and kind!

  Terrible service. Came in for a contact exam was told it will be 90$. Been coming here for years and always paid 90$. Was told I had 1 person in front of me, 4 people went before me. Waited over an hour just for them to tell me right before it was supposedly my turn that the price had become 180$, not sure how the price doubled. Terrible service and rude.

  The Dr was amazing and patient but the girls that put the order for the glasses didn’t know their math not even with a calculator it took 2 of them and still I walked out without a reply of the total first and last

  The customer service deserves NO stars. The “receptionist” Christina I have no idea how she obtained that position because I’ve never spoke to someone so rude and just oblivious. Placed me on hold and came back with information that I didn’t even ask. So many people have complained about about the lack of common sense here and I clearly see why. I will not be continuing business with this location EVER after this and I’ll be sure to spread the word
