- TOTim ONeillJun 13, 20265.0I hadn't been for glasses since 2019, so I was dreading going. Trying to locate ones info, old prescription, examination report etc can be so time consuming and frustrating. On top of that I am a wheelchair user, so that can be a problem at times in the exam room. Well all my fears and concerns were for nothing. The store manager, Nicole was so friendly, and helpful. Answered all my questions and made sure that my visit was as comfortable and at ease as possible. She even demonstrated the hearing aid glasses, which I wound up purchasing in addition to my regular prescription. The optometrist was super! She did a great exam, very thorough and courteous. She made sure I was able to get my wheelchair situated where it needed to be. She explained the exams as it went along and answered all my questions. Honestly, I have disreguarded many store surveys over the years because the experiences were unremarkable. This time I couldn't. Good performance deserves recognition and this visit to Lens Crafters was super! Thankyou so much!!
