From the very beginning, Heidi, the case coordinator, has worked closely with our family every step of the way. She personally hand-selected our caregivers, ensured continuity of care, and consistently checked in with us both by phone and in person on a regular basis. The two caregivers At Home Services provided for our family have been absolutely amazing — compassionate, dependable, patient, and kind. Heidi, who truly serves as the heart of this business, has even gone out of her way to personally spend time with my mom regularly to ensure everything in the home is running smoothly and that all of her needs are being met. The company’s family owned and operated and the entire team is equally wonderful. I live in another state, so having a local agency that not only promises support but physically shows up and follows through has given our family tremendous peace of mind. Their pricing was better than all of the competitors we considered, but most importantly, the level of care they provide is truly priceless. I highly recommend At Home Services Inc. to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable, and hands-on care for their loved one.
