RRH Wayne County Rural Health Network

The Wayne County Rural Health Network is a partnership of local health and human service providers working together to improve access to essential services. By collaborating with partners and individuals, the Network develops and implements innovative solutions to meet emerging and unmet needs that a single provider could not address alone. Its dedicated, locally based staff assist residents with daily necessities by connecting them to the most appropriate support organizations. Guided by a board of directors composed of representatives from Wayne County agencies, the Network is committed to serving the unique needs of rural communities.
