She was warm, attentive, and careful in selecting exercises that would not hurt my arm and that would also test my fitness or ability to do these in future group sessions. At the end of the session, I felt fortunate to be trained by such an amazingly professional, experienced and humane instructor. I can’t wait to see her again next week!
