From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and well organized, with spacious treatment rooms that create a comfortable environment for patients. There is also ample parking, which makes visiting especially convenient. What truly stood out, however, was the quality of care and customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and attentive. It's clear that patient care is a priority here.

- NRN RJul 14, 20221.0Erin Guldenstern is a TERRIBLE PA! Do not trust her to stitch you up! I got 6 stitches from her and she did them so tight that my wound healed worse than the actual accident. I was very polite and respectful to her. I even complimented her. I only went in there to get stitches. Came out looking like a monster. Worst mistake ever. She’s a nightmare! Do not trust her to stitch any part of your body! Just because it’s an emergency room, does not mean they are good at stitching. Save yourself! This was a year ago and I still am trying everything possible to help this nasty scar!. Erin Guldenstern has scarred me for life!.
