- KVKathryn VenableJun 22, 20261.0If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called ahead. The lady told me on the phone. It would be about a 45 minute wait I get there and the gentleman at the desk says there’s two people in front of me. I sat there for 90 minutes still hadn’t seen anybody ask somebody at a desk if she had any idea how much longer it was gonna be, and she was completely rude. I decided to just leave after wasting my entire evening, waiting for nothing.

Giving the medication even out of the counter that you can pick yourself. Not worth the bills for this place. 👎👎👎
- APAndrea PidgeonMay 2, 20262.0My boyfriend was having sharp pains in his lung area. So we went to urgent care thinking they can figure it out- we got in like really quick. The first nurse came in and was nice but was kinda rude. The second nurse came in and he was really nice. Another nurse came in and clearly you can tell she wanted to go home- told my bf that he should slow down on the smoking. Yes I get that. So they took him for X-rays.. He got back- we waited for almost an hour in the room!!!! For the nurse who told him to stop smoking come in (after I went out and asked what is going on) and tell him there is nothing wrong with him and that the CAT scan system is down and all this bullshit. I’m sorry, but if we came here for to see what’s wrong with him and you pretty much just pushed them out the door If I knew they were going to do this crap I would have just sent him to the hospital. I would have gotten an answer of what is wrong with him.. If you ever need to go to urgent care, don’t go there they’re horrible
