  Eli is great! Every time I go in he always greets me and offers to help me find anything I need, Eli is also very knowledgeable and answers any question I have, and when I ask for recommendations he’s spot on with what he recommends. I only shop at the Saratoga GNC and I always hope he is working because he will go above and beyond to help me get what I need! GNC needs more people like Eli on there team!

  This location is frequently closed during the posted open hours and they never have my subscription product in stock despite the app saying it’s available. When I asked, the employee was unhelpful. I won’t be back to this location; I’ll just have my items shipped or visit another location.

  Clean and fully stocked. Did take the cashier a very long time to get us cashed out, much longer than it should. About 15 minutes of standing around waiting for her to figure out how to ring it up. After all of that, she did it wrong. Charged us $55 more than we needed to pay, maybe this is how GNC makes their money. Won’t be back.
