  Great experience. Sydney was super helpful. Very honest on how the frames looked when trying them on to pick one out.

  Everyone was super nice, thorough exam and answered all questions. Went for contact lenses. Got same day appointment. Paid out of pocket. Only went to them because I had just gotten new glasses in June and used my insurance then at another provider and could not use it again for another year. Wish they accepted it, I would definitely go to them yearly.

  Never again! I’ll start off with saying the young woman who helped me both times was great. The virtual doctor is not a good thing to be nice about it. I thought I’d try something local and something that I could schedule easy. Nope nope and nope. I’ll drive to Albany and deal with traffic than do this again. She started to tell me that I had vision issues in an eye that I know was fine. I had to question her and make sure she was referring to the correct eye and then when she looked back, she said that I was correct. She got the eyes mixed up, left and right. That was a little scary and a little uneasy. Then there was some type of miscommunication with the type of contacts I wore, and I was given trials that were too far too weak, not comfortable, and we’re not the ones that I normally wear. I waited a week for them to come in found out quickly they did not work. Waited another week for another appointment and I had to see the virtual doctor again because apparently the real doctor won’t see you if you’ve already been seen by one of these virtual people. It’s not good when the person that’s there helping you has to suggest what to say to the doctor in order for me to convey the message that these were not the right contacts. She found a pair that they had in stock that I tried on and they were just fine. Thank you again for helping me. When I went to check out I almost passed out when I was told the price of a years supply of contacts. I asked for my prescription and left. When I got home, I verified with three other places and compared the pricing. This place was charging more than double than what I normally pay. I will seek out the doctor that I used to see and start all over with the process. At least I know I will be taken care of correctly. I also want to note that I’ve filled out paperwork there twice now and the woman couldn’t find me by phone number and had the wrong address still. Yet, I received calls just fine. Not impressed if their system can’t update correctly.
